How do I redeem points to earn rewards? |

After logging into your account, click the orange “bank more points” button. At the bottom of the “Wellness Rewards” page you will hit the “click here” orange button. Select a check box next to the rewards you prefer. Note you will need 500 points to redeem your Wellness Reward’s coupon. Your first coupon will be in the amount of $5.00. Each subsequent time, you redeem 500 points you will receive a $7.00 coupon. Check the box next to your address before clicking the orange “Click Here to Redeem Rewards” button.
On the "Redeem My Points" page, if the email and mailing address are correct, check the box. Then click on the orange button at the bottom of the page. You will receive a confirmation page as well as a confirmation email informing you that the reward is on the way and the estimated time frame.

How do I enter codes to earn points? |

1. Go to www.naturemade.com
2. Click on 'Login' on the upper right side of the screen
3. Enter your e-mail address as the Username and your password (if you have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot Password')
4. Click on the 'sign-in' button below where you entered your Username and password
5. You are now at a screen titled ‘My Membership’
6. Now click on the orange button stating ‘Bank More Points’
7. Under the '1' enter in your Wellness Rewards Code(s) in those boxes
8. Under the ‘2’ select the retailer you made your purchase at (skip this step if your retailer is not in the list)
9. Click on the orange 'Bank My Points' button in the lower right corner

How do I earn points for products that do not have a reward’s code on the package/bottle? |

1. Log in to your account and on click the orange “bank more points” button.
2. From the “Wellness Rewards” page you will click a green button saying “Is your product missing a code?”
3. Select the name of the product by using the drop down arrow located in the grey box.
4. Enter the last 5 digits of the UPC number which is located underneath the barcode.
5. Enter the Lot Number which is located above the expiration number on the bottle/box.
If you have more than one supplement with the same UPC you may enter one product every 24 hours.

No. It is not required. If you do not want a preferred retailer, do not select any retailer during registration. If you have already registered with a preferred retailer and want to change this, then log into your account and click “Edit Your Profile” located at the very top right corner of the page. Make changes next to preferred retailer by using the drop down arrow to choose the default “Select a Retailer” option. This option is equivalent to no preferred retailer. Click “Submit” to save the changes. |

Why do I automatically receive a coupon that can only be used with a particular retailer when I never chose that retailer? |

If you requested a coupon through the Riteaid version of our website (http://riteaid.naturemade.com), which you may have accidentally landed on through a Google search, then you will automatically be locked into receiving Riteaid store coupons. In order to avoid having this happen in the future, we suggest that you add http://www.NatureMade.com to your favorites/bookmarks. This will prevent the chance of your rewards coupon being locked into a specific store the next time you request a rewards coupon. |

Why was my account placed on hold? |

Your account activity did not comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Wellness Rewards Program. For assistance with an account on hold, you may contact our Consumer Affairs Department through the "contact us" section of the Nature Made site or by calling (800) 276-2878. Our Consumer Affairs Department is open Monday through Friday 7 AM to 4 PM Pacific time.

I shop at Costco and they do not accept coupons. How can I use my points? |

Login into your account and hit “edit your profile”. Select Costco as your preferred retailer. Instead of a coupon reward, you will receive a Costco check that is only redeemable at Costco stores. |

This does not happen often and we apologize. We value you as our customer. Please call us at 800-276-2878 between 7-4 PM Pacific and so we can make sure you receive your points. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase for credit so please keep your codes. |
